The delivery target is 3–5 business days starting only after successful payment and receipt of a complete brief. Missing information pauses the clock. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays, in America/Chicago.
Depending on your package, you receive a finished original song, MP3 delivery, a private song page, a QR code for gifting, and optional lyric keepsake support.
Current packages include a non-exclusive personal-use license for private playback, gifting, and non-monetized personal sharing. Commercial release, monetization, broadcast, sync, sublicensing, resale, or public performance requires a separate written agreement.
